New on the Menu and new on the Team 🙌 The lovely Gabi with our new dish of Acorn Fed Ibérico Pork Cheeks with Chestnuts & Squash. All our Ibérico Pork is from Iberian Pigs who graze on the acorns and herbs of “La Dehesa”, the holm oak forests near Salamanca. It’s a true, sustainable, artesano product and represents everything we believe in at Mercado. Thanks to Carlos and his team in Salamanca for their dedication and hard work and to @patanegraspfood - particularly to Dani and Claire who have made it their mission to find the best produce imaginable with great integrity and real respect for the producers and their environment ❤️
